Hey, I'm Heather!

I'm dedicated to empowering women over 40 to overcome the challenges of midlife weight loss and menopause with confidence.

Not long ago, I was dealing with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, low energy, a sluggish metabolism, daily anxiety and panic attacks, heavy and painful periods, mood swings, and night sweats. By the age of 40, I found myself at my heaviest weight. Determined to take control of my health, I embarked on a transformative journey, losing over 85 pounds and 85 inches without surgery or injections. This experience ignited my passion for coaching and helping others.
